How autophagy can heal your body and help you lose weight! Our bodies naturally have an internal process of cellular renewal called Autophagy.
The process of Autophagy is especially needed when you take into account the onslaught of stressors that are cells are exposed to in modern life.
Everything from toxins in our environment to toxins on our food, to the multitude of processed foods that aren’t truly foods that we consume on a regular basis.
Our bodies, systems and cells have to figure out what to do with this garbage in, garbage out process. This has caused our skin to age, sag, lose its elasticity, and wrinkle.

Fasting accelerates the cleanup process and turns back the aging clock. When you further restrict more unhealthy carbs during your eating window, and include more healthy fats like Grassfed butter, Ghee, coconut oil, olives, extra-virgin olive oil and avocados, autophagy is further accelerated.
