How To Stop Struggling With Relationships and BE Happy
What I Used to Think, and What I Know Now...
See if this doesn't sound and feel a bit familiar:
My husband, spouse or partner needs to change his/her behavior in order for me/us to be happy.
My mom (or some other person in my world) is a narcissist and they are making me very unhappy.
My adult children are not meeting my expectations.
Once I changed my thoughts around other people's behavior, and my own happiness, everything changed for me.
Once I began to understand, recognize and acknowledge my role in conflict with others, my life changed at warp speed.
