I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and how small changes can lead to major improvements in energy, brain function, and overall well-being. After years of experimenting with different diets, fasting, and lifestyle tweaks, I decided to try Carnivore Keto to see how it would impact my body.
At 60, I wanted to test whether this way of eating could:

One of the biggest concerns people have is how to handle social situations while on Carnivore Keto. Here’s what worked for me:
✔ Eating before events – If I knew options would be limited, I had a filling meal ahead of time.
✔ Confidence in my choices – I didn’t feel the need to explain my diet to everyone; I kept it simple by saying, “I feel best eating this way.”
✔ Finding simple options – Most restaurants will happily serve steak, burgers without buns, grilled salmon, or eggs.
Final Thoughts – Would I Continue Carnivore Keto?
Absolutely! The inflammation relief, mental clarity, and stable energy I’ve experienced make this worth continuing. I may tweak things over time, but for now, this is the best I’ve felt in years.
