And, specifically Ultra processed foods and BPA ridden Plastics for food storage.
Food - use the 80/20 rule; I’m not a purist. I enjoy some junk food from time to time. But I have a food plan every day!

Eat Whole foods - pay attention and ask - was this food made in a plant, or was it grown in a live plant in the ground?
Regenerative farming
Animal proteins and other source
Plant based vs Vegan vs Paleo/Carnivore and the debate
Healthy Fats - Avocado, Olives, nuts, seeds, oils
Macronutrients - protein, fat, slow carbs
Foods I avoid: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Gluten, Ultra Processed Foods, Seed Oils, "Natural" Flavorings and food coloring and dyes,
I also adhere to the Rule of 5 Ingredients - is it known to me? Can I pronounce it? Could I buy it in the grocery store to use in a recipe?
Simple whole food meals - Lean protein, healthy fat, slow carbs
EXAMPLE: Grilled Salmon, Steamed Broccoli, Sliced Avocado
Ground turkey or beef, simple tomato sauce, Veggies for pasta or regular pasta
Eggs and turkey sausage - "Break Fast" in a healthy way.
Lunch - pack your own!
Become aware of your food choices, how you shop and keep in your home, and what you desire to change.
Plan what you will eat at LEAST the day before.
