Part of my series each month on Detoxing Your Life and improving specific areas in Diet, Food, Exercise and Fitness, Personal care and Home Cleaning Products, Relationships and TOXIC THOUGHTS - I wanted to narrow things down and give you a shorter, specific video on Movement, also known as Exercise.

Here are my 5 moves for January - start with these and then habit stack them with each month as it is added. I promise, you won't recognize yourself in a year and you WILL love yourself!

We cover:

Squats

Planks - full and knee

 

Circle Overhead with Ball, weight, water bottle, etc

 

Bridge

 

And DANCE, yes dance
