Lymphatic Drainage With Rebounder and Vibration Plate

Lymphatic Drainage -  Any kind of exercise and movement is good for lymphatic drainage.

In this video I share the top ways I detox my body and give my lymphatic system a boost each day!

For me, I have a few identified "issue areas" including my calves and feet, which can experience cramps, electrical feelings and more, And, this is the area most susceptible to lymphatic blockage: the lower leg below the knee and down to the ankle.

Gravity and the makeup of the human anatomy makes this specific area more of a challenge when it comes to lymphatic system flow.

Neuropathy, something that concerns me a little with those electrical feelings, overall muscle degradation, and bone mass depletion can take place. When this happens, it weakens the body significantly making it difficult to stand, sit, or walk easily.

What does the Rebounder do?

It causes valves to open and close which , removing waste products and excess fluid from the body.Increases lymph flow up to 15 times; gentle bouncing 10-15 minutes daily, try it after meals,  2 minutes can flush system and increase white blood cell production by triple and sustain for about an hour.

What About a Vibration Plate?

Waver Vibration Plate - The lymphatic system functions only when muscles move. This can be an issue for those who are immobile or sedentary. Don't let this be you, if at all possible.

A fluid called Lymph runs all through the body, much like the blood vessels and arteries that run throughout our body. I like to stand, and also sit on the floor, with my legs extended onto the plate, and get a full vibration on my calves, as shown in the video.

This massages my lower legs. This can be more easily done by those who are movement challenged.

This will gently vibrate the calf muscle and lower legs, moving the lymphatic fluid away from the feet. The lymph will flow toward the quadriceps and hamstrings where the fluid can enter the blood stream and filtered out in the kidneys and the liver.

Dry Brushing

Dry brushing is a great method of not only exfoliating the skin, but also draining the lymphatic system.  A  bristle brush, as shown in the video, is used to help lymphatic drainage and improve circulation.

Brush in the upward, in the direction of the lymphatic system. For example, on the chest, brush towards the armpit. Below the belly button, brush down towards the groin. Light touch. not intense, 10-20 minutes whole body,

Finally Lymphatic massage - which is typically done out of home and can be more costly.
